Agile Hardware Project Management Training for R&D and Engineering Teams

Adapt Agile methods to hybrid hardware projects in industrial environments

Description

Transform your innovative projects with Agile methods adapted to R&D and industrial hardware challenges.

Traditional methods (Gantt charts, V-cycle) show their limits for innovative projects. Agile methodology, adapted by SolidCreativity for industrial environments and non-IT hardware projects, is a strategic lever to accelerate innovation and improve cross-functional collaboration in R&D teams.

Agile Hardware Project Management Training for R&D and Engineering Teams

Coaching is recommended after this "fast-track" training!

Training objectives 2-day

This training enables effective management of complex innovation projects in an industrial context, covering the entire development cycle (from concept to industrialisation).

  • Agile milestone management for R&D projects
  • Projects with high technical uncertainties

Specific R&D/R&T adaptation

  • Milestone-based quality management methodology (respecting deadlines and budgets)
  • Scrum adapted to industrial constraints (complex physical objects, procedures/gates, multi-site, multi-project, multicultural contexts)
  • Risk management and prioritisation in R&D environments
  • Interfacing with V-cycles and other existing methods
  • Visual management based on quantifiable objectives
