Training Objective

This training in the ASIT method (a creativity method comprising 5 tools and 2 innovation principles) will enable you to acquire knowledge in creativity management to solve problems systematically and improve your innovation capabilities.

Practical Training Aimed at Autonomy

The use of the ASIT method from the second day of training on real company cases reinforces learning and anchors new reflexes. By the end of the course, the trained group can organise their own creativity sessions!

Some Applications of the ASIT Creative Problem-Solving Method

  • Solve long-standing or blocking problems innovatively (products, services, processes...)
  • Find alternative solutions rather than correcting and complicating an existing solution

Learning Objectives

Learn to find creative solutions to all types of problems (all fields).

By the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Name the specific terms for the preparation phase and the method's tools.123

  • Use the ASIT Resolution method to generate ideas (alone or with trained individuals) whilst respecting the rules and facilitation rhythm.13
  • Manage generated ideas: write them down, evaluate them, select them, present them.123
Assessment method: 1 - Assessed by the trainer during exercises and questions. 2 - Validated during the end-of-training quiz and its debrief. 3 - Self-assessed by available quiz.
The (self-)assessments and debriefs contribute to the acquisition and validation of skills.
